Who is the controller
Joaquín Miranda Feliciangeli, operating the brand Miranda Feliciangeli Real Estate (Paraguayan company in formation). Contact: hola@mirandafeliciangeli.com. This site applies the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Paraguay’s Personal Data Protection Law 7593/2025.
What data I process
What you send me through the analysis form, by email or by WhatsApp: name, email, phone, country of residence, your answers about your search (goal, areas, budget, payment, timeframe) and anything you add. I do not ask for special-category data; please do not include it.
Why and on what basis
Answering your enquiry and preparing a comparison of options: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending you new opportunities by email: only if you ticked the box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw consent at any time. Legal obligations if the transaction proceeds, such as anti-money-laundering rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who I share it with
The developer or real estate agent of the property you are interested in, only what is needed to handle your enquiry (for example availability, reservation or a visit). My providers, who process data on my behalf: Notion Labs, Inc. (enquiry records), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp, if you contact me there). I do not sell or share your data for advertising.
International transfers
Notion and Cloudflare are US companies. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements. If the transaction proceeds, your data may also be processed in Paraguay, where the property is located.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed: up to 24 months from the last contact. If there is a transaction: for the duration of the relationship and then as long as legal and tax obligations require. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@mirandafeliciangeli.com. I reply within one month. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies and storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores in your browser, without sending them anywhere, your light/dark mode and currency preferences. I may use Cloudflare analytics, which does not use cookies or identify visitors.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to me.
