Firma de Joaquín Miranda Feliciangeli

Real estate advisor · Lawyer admitted in Paraguay

Paraguayan, based in Barcelona. I have been analysing real estate investments for clients for eight years. My job is to get you to signing knowing who builds it, when it is delivered, how it is paid and what could go wrong.

  1. 2010–2016

    Public Prosecutor’s Office, Paraguay

Six years at the Public Prosecutor’s Office trained me in what protects a buyer most: reading every document closely, spotting inconsistencies before signing and understanding how Paraguayan law works when something goes wrong. Today I bring that rigour to titles, contracts and reservations.

  2. 2016–2020

    Emirates, Dubai

Five years with one of the world’s best-rated airlines for customer service, leading teams and looking after passengers from every continent in luxury service. That is where my way of working comes from: attention to detail, fast answers and service that matches what is being invested.

  3. 2021–2023

    Parquealto, Paraguay

As Project Development Manager I saw a development from the inside: costs, construction timelines, sales and how a price is built. With USD 3.5 million in sales under my management, I can tell a solid project from one that only has a good rendering.

  4. 2024–2025

    Brokerage in Asunción

I covered the Paraguayan market end to end: neighbourhoods, real closing prices, developers and fellow agents. That network lets me offer my own listings and also other agents’ opportunities when they suit your case better.

  5. 2026

    ESADE, Barcelona

Master in Digital Business. From Barcelona I launch Miranda Feliciangeli Real Estate for investors buying in Paraguay from Europe.

Seven questions, about three minutes. With your answers I prepare a written comparison with prices, payment terms and delivery dates, and I send it myself, not an automated system.
